The 2024 Paola Orange is a luminous expression of Moldova’s evolving natural wine movement — a collaboration between EcoWine of Moldova and winemaker Sergiu Galușcă (Unicorn Wines).
Crafted from Fetească Regală and Riesling de Rhin, grown on the sunlit hills of Saca Village in the Strășeni District, this orange wine was fermented on the skins and aged for 10 months in acacia wood barrels, gaining remarkable texture, warmth, and aromatic depth.
Produced in just 500 bottles, it is the only filtered wine of the 2024 vintage, balancing clarity with character while staying true to natural winemaking — no added sugar, water, or sulfites.
