The 2024 Sofia Red captures the untamed soul of Moldova’s Riviera Nistrului, crafted from Crească, Țărăsa & Zăibar — wild native grape varietals that have adapted to the Molovata Nouă terroir for more than a century.
Grown in our own vineyards and made entirely by hand, this small-batch natural wine (just 160 magnum bottles) follows ancestral winemaking methods — unfiltered, unfined, and spontaneously fermented with native yeasts.
No oak. No additives. No sugar, no water, no sulfites. Only pure fermented grape juice, revealing the raw authenticity of the grapes and the land.
A perfect counterpart to the oak-aged Sofia Red, inviting you to explore the subtle contrast between terroir purity and barrel influence — two honest expressions of the same origin.

We practice ancient winemaking methods, oak barrel fermentation, and no filtering. We don't add any additives, no sugar, no water, or preservatives. We are proud to grow local grape varietes such as Crească, Târasă, Zaibar, Castel & Viorica.
