The 2024 Paola Red unites Cabernet Sauvignon with Moldova’s wild native grapes — Crească, Țărăsa & Zăibar — creating a bridge between the cultivated and the untamed.
Grown in our own vineyards in Molovata Nouă, on sandy-limestone soils shaped by the winds of the Riviera Nistrului, this wine was aged for 9 months in new Moldovan oak, developing depth and quiet elegance without losing its natural vitality.
Produced entirely by hand, without filtration or modern intervention — no added yeasts, sugar, water, or sulfites — it represents pure ancestral craftsmanship. Only 77 magnum bottles were filled, each one a singular reflection of place, patience, and time.
